Order Processing Time

Our product processing time, which includes order verification, production, assembly, quality check, and packaging, takes a maximum of 1-3 consecutive days before shipping.

All orders are processed and shipped from our office in China. Please allow for extra time during holidays and promotional seasons for the processing of your order.

Please note that orders will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Delivery time frames begin from the date of dispatch. All orders are trackable.

For Standard Shipping, the package is delivered using the national post service (USPS), while Expedited Shipping utilizes either FedEx or DHL for delivery. Taxes and Duties

Please note that the prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US dollars. Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total and the customer is responsible for any extra duty charges. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination.
