With a warranty of the movement, our guarantee also includes the following:

  • 1. If an engraving error occurs, even after receiving accurate personalized information from you, such as mistakenly engraving 'John' as 'Jony', a full refund will be provided.

  • 2. If a customized tune error occurs, the music box could play a tune other than what was selected from our auditions list. A full refund is guaranteed. Take time to listen before finalizing your choice. Each tune corresponds to a different length of music, ranging between 11-20 seconds and played in a loop.

  • 3. If the engraving does not meet expectations, we will reimburse the difference in cost between 'No Engraving' and 'Add Engraving' options. The typesetting template will usually be sent via email for confirmation. Default typesetting will be applied if no response is received within 12 hours.
